Lee Melchionni is the Chief Operating Officer of Scout Marketing, a legal marketing agency that partners with law firms and legal professionals to generate high-quality leads, scale campaigns, and build trusted brands. Based in Atlanta, Lee is responsible for overseeing Scout’s daily operations, driving business strategy, and ensuring seamless execution across departments. He works closely with the leadership team to support client growth, optimize performance, and ensure operational excellence as Scout continues to expand its national footprint.

Prior to joining Scout, Lee was a Settlement Planner with Sage Settlement Consulting, where he advised attorneys and their clients on customized financial strategies, including structured settlements, qualified settlement funds, and trust solutions. His expertise in legal financial services provides valuable insight into the needs of law firms and plaintiffs—insight that now informs Scout’s performance-driven marketing solutions.

Lee also brings deep experience from his time as a Private Client Advisor at U.S. Trust, where he worked with high-net-worth individuals and families on strategic wealth planning. Earlier, he served as a Certified NBA and NFL Player Agent at Wasserman, managing contract and endorsement negotiations for professional athletes. He also played professional basketball in Novara, Italy.

A graduate of Duke University, Lee was a four-year letterman and team captain on the Men’s Basketball Team under Coach Mike Krzyzewski, contributing to four ACC Championships and a Final Four appearance. He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He also holds Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Originally from Lancaster, PA, Lee is active in the Duke Alumni community and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
